The Consultant provides compliance consulting services including but not limited to gap analysis, implementation support, documentation review, audit preparation, and ongoing compliance management for various international standards.
3. Engagement Process
All consulting engagements begin with an initial consultation to assess your specific requirements. A detailed scope of work and proposal will be provided before any engagement commences.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared during the consulting engagement is treated as strictly confidential. The Consultant will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties without prior written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All deliverables created during the engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. The Consultant retains the right to use general methodologies and frameworks.
6. Limitation of Liability
While the Consultant applies professional diligence, certification outcomes depend on various factors. The Consultant does not guarantee specific audit results.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
